Just Energy Perks FAQs

 How do I earn points? 

Earning Perks points is easy!  You will earn points simply by being a loyal Just Energy customer and paying your utility bill.  You must be an active Just Energy customer in good standing to earn points.  As a Just Energy Perks member, you will receive points every three months.

How do I view and manage my account?

Visit justenergyperks.com, log into your account and click on the “My Account” link. From here, you can check your account balance, view your account activity and manage your profile.

What can I redeem my points for?

Your Just Energy Perks points are redeemable for energy efficient products designed to lower your utility consumption and save you money.  You can also choose to redeem for a shopping, dining or entertainment gift card or for a Just Energy Visa® Prepaid Card, good everywhere Visa is accepted.

How do I redeem points?

Visit justenergyperks.com and log into your account.  You can make your selection from the featured products on the homepage, or use the menu bar located on the top of the page to view all redemption options by category.  You must be an active Just Energy customer to redeem your points.

What if I do not have enough points for my purchase?

If you do not have enough points to complete your purchase, you can take advantage of our points and payment option.  After your points have been deducted from your account, the remaining balance of your purchase will display in dollars during the checkout process, which can be paid for using a credit card.  For orders containing a Just Energy Visa® Prepaid Card, the full amount of this card must be paid in points.  

Do my points expire?

As long as you remain a Just Energy customer, you will have a full three years from the date of issuance to redeem your points.  If you disconnect your Just Energy service, your points will be forfeited at this time. If you move and continue your service with Just Energy, your point balance standing will remain unchanged. 

How do you ship my redemption options?

Products and gift cards are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Services or United States Postal Service (USPS). The estimated arrival date is 15-20 business days.  Please allow up to 20 business days for Just Energy Visa® Prepaid Cards.

Do I pay for shipping and handling costs?

No, you will not pay for shipping and handling costs for gift cards, Just Energy Visa® Prepaid Cards or on most products.  A few oversized and bulky items, as well as deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, will incur a delivery surcharge, which can be paid for in points or with a credit card at the time of checkout.
