UPS My Choice Member Benefits
When you become a UPS My Choice member, you’ll receive access to:
- Delivery Alerts – get proactive notifications via text, phone or e-mail the day before a delivery
- Delivery Planner – manage and track all your home deliveries with a convenient, online calendar
- Approximate Delivery Time – when possible, UPS will provide an estimated delivery time frame This time is not guaranteed and may vary based on driver’s workload, weather and traffic
- Sign for Packages Online – Give authorization online for UPS to deliver packages without a signature when you won’t be home to sign in person
- Delivery Instructions – have your packages left with a nearby neighbor or designate where you’d like them placed
- Pickup Packages at Your Convenience – hold forwill call and request packages be held for pickup at a UPS facility for no charge, or request delivery to a UPS Retail Location near you for pickup. $5 per use for non-Premium Members
- Reroute Packages – have your packages delivered to another address for $5 per use
- Reschedule Packages – choose a new delivery date that fits your schedule for $5 per package
- Upgrade UPS SurePost Packages to UPS Ground – these typically arrive one day earlier. Also allows for rescheduling and rerouting UPS SurePost packages. $3.50 per use
